• 25ml Two Swallows Citrus

• 12.5ml Pineapple Grenade

• 25ml Pineapple Juice

• 25ml Lime Juice

• 25ml Gomme Sugar Syrup

• Shake all ingredients over ice

• Double strain and serve

• Garnish with Pineapple Wedge
